Citi's next-generation, award-winning online banking platform CitiDirect® provides one-click access to global transaction capabilities using an intuitive and user-centric workflow. CitiDirect helps you manage accounts, payments, receivables, liquidity, trade, foreign exchange, and global reporting, and supports numerous transaction types across the globe.
CitiConnect®
CitiConnect supports global file standards such as ISO 20022 XML, while providing one-window connectivity to Citi products with multiple solutions, from CitiConnect for Files to CitiConnect API. Straight-through processing and straight-through reconciliation improve transaction speed and data accuracy, limit manual intervention and help reduce your costs.
Digital Onboarding
Digital Onboarding allows you to open accounts, manage product documentation online for 49 countries, and more with improved visibility of every request. Digital Signer Management functionality also allows you to update account signatories digitally by deleting, adding or amending authorized signers directly in CitiDirect across 44 countries in real time.
